Primary Health
The Primary health team will help you with any health issue for those aged 0-100yrs. We provide a full lifestyle and wellbeing approach to your health, as well as supporting you to better understand any health issue. No health question is too big or small or left unanswered. We believe it is your health and you need the tools and knowledge to manage it yourself, we will walk along side you and assist you.
Tamariki Ora
A Registered Nurse with Postgraduate Certificate in Primary Healthcare Specialty Nursing- Well Child/ Tamariki Ora provides a comprehensive Tamariki Ora service to whanau, hapu and iwi. (For all ethnicities)
Your Tamariki Ora nurse provides well child examinations and monitors development and growth of your pepi from 6 weeks up to 5 years of age.
Mental Health
AWS provides support and education to people who have any mild to moderate mental health issues. We support the individual and their whanau in the home, and can also help them with accessing other supports in the community that may be available.
Nurse Health Care
Whānau Ora offers a tailored wrap-around service. Whānau will have a comprehensive assessment to identify their needs, and together we will develop a plan to address those needs and facilitate access to a range of health and social services.
